At Rewritten, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
